my style

my 4-year training as a shiatsu therapist focused on zen-shiatsu, which is still the basis of my shiatsu treatments. in addition, i integrate osteopathy techniques (on the level of bones, muscles, fascia & organs) and, depending on the needs, methods from pain therapy. due to my many years of yoga and MBSR experience, approaches of yoga therapy & mindfulness training play a central role. my knowledge from the application of positive psychology and focusing also supports me in the work of complementary therapy.
